Manhattan: 25th Street (East) - 1st Avenue

East 25th Street, at, adjoining and east of the S.E. corner of First Ave. (right) as seen across clearance on the east side of First Avenue., between East 26th and 25th Streets. On the right appears buildings on the west side of the Ave., south from East 24th to 23rd Streets and showing elevator loop at the later point. Upon the clearance in the foreground was formerly the Carl Shultz Bottling Plant. May 25, 1936. P.L. Sperr.
