(1) Morningstar Road, east side, at the head of Wenlock Street (formerly Mersereau Ave.). In 1874, according to Beers's map of that year, it was the J. Mersereau house. In 1898 (8romley's map) it was owned by Mrs. John T. Mersereau and later, according to Bromley's 1907 and 1917 maps, to Domeico Volpe. March 24, 1928. P. L.
