Eighth Avenue, south from Jane Street to Abingdon Square. On the right is the west frontage that extends to W. 12th Street. Upon the latter was erected (1931) the modern 20-story apartment house, No. 299 W. 12th Street. View 2 is limited to this block and its new structure.
