45th Street, south side, east from 216 East 45th Street, east of Third Avenue. No. 220-222, two frame houses built in 1854, were formerly the home of H. J. Conway. This view was taken on the day on which the signing of the Armistice ended the World War. November 11, 1918. Gift of Miss Grace A. Conway.
