Richmond: Willowbrook Road - Swarthmore Avenue

673 Willowbrook Road, east side, at Swarthmore Avenue, (100 yards west of Neptune Place), showing an old homestead. Butler's and Beers's maps of 1853 and 1874 respectively show the house to have belonged to the Madigan family. In 1898 it was owned by Mrs. Mary Madigan; in 1907 by Griffith and Rabinowitz; and in 1917 by Fred Thompson. May 10, 1928 P. L. Sperr
