(1) 150 to 162 East 36th Street, south side, east from a point midway between Lexington and Third Aves., and to the latter (left), showing between Nos. 150 and 158, Sniffen Court, a small dead-end passageway extending southward towards the center of the block and lined on both sides by studios, that appear to have been former stables.
