Queens: 19th Avenue - 47th Street

Nineteenth Ave., north side, between 47th and 48th Streets, showing on the east end of Luyster's Island, the Riker house. This island is now a part of the mainland. H. Riker and D.S. Riker were owners in 1852 and 1891 respectively. The house seen in this set of three views was destroyed by fire about 1929.
