Queens: 10th Avenue - 147th Street
10th Avenue (right), at the N.E. corner of 147th Street, showing a frame house with watch tower, popular in the second half of the nineteenth century. It was owned by W. S. Overton Douglass in 1891 and by George B. Douglas in 1909. The house on the right was owned by O'Brien. P. L. Sperr March 5, 1932
