Brooklyn: Kings Highway - Delamere Place

(1) 2319 King's Highway, north side, between Delamere (East 23rd Street) and Mansfield Place (East 24th Street), showing the estate of Judge Terhune of South Greenfield who erected this house in 1812. Benjamin G. Hitchings purchased it at about 1860. It was demolished in 1928. His estate which comprised 1092 lots was sold on October 11, 1897. 1922. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
