Brooklyn: Emmons Avenue - Dooley Street
Emmons Ave., south side, between Dooley and East 23rd Streets. A view of an old barge converted into an eating place on Sheepshead Bay. In 1934 it was removed, and it is no longer used for that purpose. In the extreme left background, is an old Hudson River Steam-boat, to be used in the Bay as a dance palace, by a Sport Promoter. The boat one evening in early 1933 foundered. July 13, 1933. P. L. Sperr.
