Manhattan: Lexington Avenue - 35th Street (East)

Lexington Avenue, at the N. E. corner of East 35th Street, showing the P. E. Church of the Epiphany. This structure was demolished in 1939 and a modern apartment building erected on the site( completed Fall 1940). The church body will occupy a new edifice at the N. W. corner of York Ave. and East 74th Street. On the right is an extensive view eastward on the north side of East 35th Street. The elevated lines on Third and Second Avenues appear there.
