Cypress Hill St. (extreme left, not seen), west side, south of Cooper Ave. (foreground, not seen), showing Daniel Kolyer farmhouse which stood, according to Eugene L. Armbruster, formerly on the east side of Cypress Hill Street. However, the 1891 Queens Atlas shows a house, belonging to D. Holyer, to have stood on both sides of the street, the one on the east side failing to show after 1915. May 1923. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
