Manhattan: Park Avenue - 34th Street

Park Avenue, north from 34th Street, showing buildings along the east side, The old Robb mansion on the N. E. corner of 35th Street houses the Advertising Club, who occupied it early in 1923. Behind it may be seen the skeleton of the Town House apartments at 108 East 38th Street, under construction. In the right background rise the completed Chanin Building and the nearly completed Chrysler Building, on diagonally opposite corners of Lexington Avenue and 42nd Street.
