Queens: Merrick Boulevard - 223rd Street

Merrick Boulevard, south side, between 223rd and 224th Streets, viewing east from the former and showing an old farmhouse. The farmhouse appears on Welverton's 1891 map (plate 28), but its ownership is not indicated. It was situated between the property of A. H. Higbie and J. Compton. March 9, 1927 P. L. Sperr
