Richmond: Victory Boulevard - Church Avenue
3994 Victory Boulevard, east side, between Church Avenue and Burke Avenue, showing an old house which, according to Butler's 1853 map, belonged to a member of the Decker family. In 1874 it was owned by B. Decker and in 1898 by W. P. Cannon. Butler's and Beers's maps of 1853 and 1874 respectively show this area (Travisville) to have been resided in by numerous members of the Decker family. May 19, 1932 P. L. Sperr
