Queens: Parsons Boulevard - 76th Avenue
Parsons Boulevard, west side, north from 77th Avenue to 76th Road, showing old homes on the former Jamaica Road. The first house, evidently of 18th century construction, was the property of either Mrs. Acker or the Monitor Peat Company in 1873. It was later (1891) owned by J. Keisel and was a hotel in 1909, the owner of which was Henry Kessel. P. L. Sperr March 23, 1927
