195 to 179 Lexington Ave., east side, south from East 32nd to 31st Streets, showing a row of 4-story structures that will be demolished for a new 6-story apartment house. The corner structure, No. 179, will remain. Between the latter and the garage (No. 139-147 East 31st Street) is a 4-story private house, set back from the street front that will be included in this new construction.
