Manhattan: 40th Street (West) - 9th Avenue

West 40th Street (the immediate foreground) north side, between Ninth and Tenth Avenues, showing a clearance between this point and West 41st Street. This, in conjunction with the buildings on the north side of the latter point will form a portion of the new Dyer Avenue, the approach to the new Lincoln Tunnel.
