Feast of Saint Anthony of Padua.

(1) Feast of St. Anthony of Padua, 1929, No. 1. The parade held Saturday before Labor Day, shown turning west on 116th Street from First Avenue, at the N.W. corner. This section bears a religious society banner, flanked by the American and Italian flags. The Bank of America, a branch of which is shown here, will in a little over two years be consolidated with the National City Bank. August 31, 1929. P. L. Sperr. (2) No. 2. The same; the advance guard of the parade, bearing the statue of St. Anthony, and followed by the band, is proceeding west on 116th Street from First Avenue. August 31, 1929. P. L. Sperr. (3) No. 3. 106th Street east from First Avenue, showing the tower which is to be paraded on 106th Street on Labor Day, as usual.
