General view - Wall Street - Northwest.

120 Wall Street, (American Sugar Refining Building): South Street, west side, from Wall to Pine Streets, (panoramic view northwestward). These two views placed end to end form an arrangement of the Front, Water and Pearl Street areas. The first of these thoroughfares is in the foreground, the second thru the center, the last across the top. Upon the west side, of the latter, appear two building construction projects. That to the left is for the new 60 Wall Tower, and that to the right, for the 35 story insurance center building No. 1 Platt Street. To the right, and thru the smokestacks of the New York Steam Co. plant, one sees the recently completed 26 storied building, No. 111 John Street. October 22, 1930 Views: 1 and 2 P. L. Sperr
