Richmond: Annadale Road - Genessee Avenue

Annadale Road, east side, at Genessee Avenue, viewing north and showing the Van Pelt House. The maps from 1874 to 1907 show it to have belonged to John and J.C. Van Pelt. In 1917 it was owned by Lillian Alling. Mr. Sperr refers to it as the C. Valentine residence (1926). May 4, 1926 L. Sperr
