Queens: Juniper Valley Road - 70th Street

Juniper Valley Road, north side, in the line of 70th Street, showing the house of T. Hulce 1873. Eugene L. Armbruster states this to be the R. Morrell house in 1891. The 1891 Queens Atlas states, it is the R. Monell house. In 1909 Mrs. Cathelets owned it. It was razed by fire in 1922. March 1923. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
