Richmond: Woodrow Road - Marcy Avenue

1096 Woodrow Road, south side, between Marcy and Ellsworth Avenues (west of Huguenot Avenue), showing a front view of the old Licas House. It appears as having belonged to the above family on Butler's 1853 map. In 1874 (Beers's map) it was owned by Morris and later (1898-1917) by the Bogenninghoff Estate.
