Police activities - Traffic officer.

Police Activities: A set of 4 views showing the traffic officer stationed at Lafayette and Grand Streets during the performance of his duties. The photographer is viewing westward on Grand Street and shows the aforementioned individual being congratulated by (what the writer believes to be) a civic official of the 1st District Municipal Count (which appears on the right of only one of these views). Another possibility is that this person may be connected with the Police Department as the Central Headquarters is in the vicinity.
