Manhattan: 10th Avenue - 38th Street
Tenth Avenue, at the N. E. corner of W. 38th Street, showing nondescript tenements being demolished for the Lincoln Tunnel approach to Dyer Avenue. The latter is a new thoroughfare that will run between 9th and 10th Avenues from 34th to 42nd Streets, carrying solely traffic to the tunnel.
