Manhattan: 11th Street (East) - Dry Dock Street
E. 11th St., north side, east from and including Dry Dock Street, to and including Avenue D. The two buildings (No's. 739 & 741) are just west of Avenue D and are the only structures remaining on this cleared block; 11th Street north to 12th Street and Dry Dock Street east to A Avenue D. Also shown are gas holders of the New York Mutual Gas Works; two of which are on the north side of E. 12th Street and the third east of Avenue D. The new East River Drive will be located at the rear of these gas receptacles and parallel to the East River. March 15, 1936 P. L. Sperr.
