Sixth Avenue, east side, north from between W. 8th and 9th Streets. The open area in the foreground is formed by the meeting of the aforementioned thoroughfares and Christopher Street and Greenwich Avenue. This is to be identified as "Village Square". View 3 shows the W. 8th Street station that was formerly located here. Intersection in the left foreground is W. 9th Street and the bank is at the N. E. corner thereof.
