Manhattan: Broad Street - William Street (South)
Broad Street, north from South William Street. The low buildings on the right were replaced in 1929 by the 35 story International Telephone Building. (No. 67 Broad Street). Shown in the center are tall structures that from left to right.are, the 17 story Johnston Building (subsequently the 48 story Continental Building), the 16 story Mackay (Commercial Cable Co.) Buildings an: the 21 story Broad Exchange Building. The dome seen is atop the Gillenden Building, a structure demolished in 1910 and replaced by the present Bankers Trust Company Building. The 10 story structure at the left is No. 88-64 Broad Street and is at the N.W.corner of Beaver Street. In 1922 this is listed as occupied by the White Oil Company. April 1906 George L. Balgue
