Manhattan: Madison Avenue - 59th Street

Madison Avenue, west side, south from E. 59th Street, showing a panoramic arrangement as viewed from a structure at the N. E. corner of this point. Buildings shown line the west side of this thoroughfare, south from 59th (right of No. 3), across 58th to 57th Streets. Under construction is a modern 10 story office building replacing the old Plaza Theatre and its adjoining structure. This will be known as 613 Madison Avenue and is the property of J. D. Crimmins.
