Manhattan: Park Avenue - 59th Street
502 Park Avenue, on N. W. corner of 59th Street. Note building under construction immediately to the north. This building and the two small ones adjoining it on 59th Street are shortly to be demolished to make room for the 30-story Hotel Delmonico. June 1925.
