Manhattan: Broadway - Warren Street

(1) Broadway, west side, between Warren (left) and Chambers (right) Streets, as seen from the Municipal Building, and across the roof of Court House. The buildings flying flags, are a single unit, and are known as 270 Broadway. They occupy the former site of the Chemical National Bank. June 3, 1931. P. L. Sperr. (2) The same as viewed westward on Chambers Street, showing the National Shoe and Leather Bank (No. 271) and the Chemical National Bank (No. 270) that were demolished in 1928 for the site of the structure shown in No. 1, at the S.W. corner of Broadway and Chambers Street.
