Manhattan: Broadway - Beaver Street
Broadway (center to left), at and adjoining the N.E. corner of Beaver Street (center to right) as viewed across Bowling Green and showing the Produce Exchange Bank and Welles Building (No's 8-12 and 14-20 Broadway) under demolition. The additional structures on the north side of Beaver Street, between Broadway and New Street were included slightly later and form the present (1937) site of the south building (24 stories) of the Standard Oil Company. The small 5 story structure appearing between the Bank (corner) and the ell of the Standard Oil Company Building is No. 3 Beaver Street. This set consists of a negative and a positive. About 1923.
