Brooklyn: Van Sicklen St. - Village Rd. N.
(1) Van Sicklen Street, at the S.E. corner of Village Road North, showing the home of the Van Sicklen's, which was erected in 1776, by John who deeded the property to his son Court. Subsequent members to hold it were, J.C. 1860, C.I. 1873, and J.L. Van Sicklen in 1890. Mrs. Margaret Van Sicklen Goodchild who was residing in California, sold it in September 1925 to a builder.
