Manhattan: Gramercy Park North - 21st Street (East)
52 Gramercy Park North, and 115 East 21st Street, at, adjoining and west of the N.W. corner of Lexington Ave. The two 4-story houses were later razed and another 16-story unit was constructed as an annex to the one shown, and was named the Gramercy Park Hotel. The two structures now (1937) bear No. 52. On the site of the 16-story building formerly stood the residence of Stanford White, and later occupied by the Princeton Club. July 7, 1928. P. L. Sperr.
