Bronx: Boston Road - Southern Boulevard
Boston Road, south from its intersection with Southern Boulevard, showing the Hunt Residence. During the War for Independence, Washington held an important conference with a spy here. The house was later demolished and on its site was erected a 2-story brick building bearing Nos. 1723-1737. 1899. Gift of Randall Comfort.
