13th Avenue, east side, north from W. 23rd Street, showing this locale, prior, during and after the construction of the massive Starrett-Lehigh Building. The Baltimore and Ohio freight station remains fixed. Views 2 and 3 are photographed from W. 24th Street and show on their right the vacant space where the former Ettl Studios stood.
