West 46th Street, south side, west from, (No. 236) a point midway between Broadway and Eighth Ave., to the latter. Shown is the rear of the Imperial Theatre which has an entrance at No. 249 West 45th Street. West of same is a row of 3-story brownstone houses that bear Nos. 256 to 262. At the S.E. corner of Eighth Ave., is the Hotel Fulton, bearing Nos. 266-268 West 46th Street and No. 740-42 Eighth Ave. This set consists of a negative and a positive. 1935. W.P.A. Photo.
