Sheepshead Bay: A view of the north side of the Bay, between Sheepshead Bay Road (left) and Dooley Lane (right), showing prominently the pedestrian bridge at the foot of East 19th Street, that connects the Sheepshead Bay area to Manhattan Beach. East of same, on the north side of Emmons Ave., is the new Lundy Brothers Restaurant Building, standing on the old Mahon property. This structure was erected in 1935 and replaced the older one that stood on the south side of the Ave. at the waters edge and was demolished as part of the new waterfront development.
