Brooklyn: Spragues Alley - Fulton Street
Spragues Alley, from Liberty to Fulton Streets, showing a side and rear view of 225 Fulton Street; an old house, belonging to Joseph Sprague who was the last president and mayor of the City of Brooklyn. (1844-1845). He improved this property by raising the house and building a store thereunder. He later sold it to George Pickering Milne. 1922. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
