Manhattan: Park Row - Chambers Street

City Hall Park: The old Hall of Records located at the S. W. corner of Park Row and Chambers Street. The "Tweed" County Court House is on the right. At the left is the pedestrian bridge across Park Row enabling persons to either cross or enter onto the Brooklyn Bridge promenade. The City Hall is just behind the Hall of Records and apparently mingled with several buildings on Broadway. About 1900 Gift of Urbrock Collection
