First Avenue, east side, north from and including 57th Street; the view is cut off by the Queensboro Bridge just north of 59th Street. A sixteen-story apartment is to be erected in 1928 on the S.E. corner of 58th Street, replacing 1058-1064 First Avenue and 400-406 East 58th Street. In 1929 a similar apartment building will replace Nos. 1076-1082 First Avenue and 400-406 East 59th Street.
