Manhattan: Delancey Street - Clinton Street

Delancey Street, north side, west from Clinton to Norfolk Streets. Loew's Delancey Theatre, is at the N.W. corner of Suffolk Street. February 12, 1937. P. L. Sperr. The 6-story structure partially shown on the right is to be replaced by a 1-story business building according to the Times of May 3, 1938. This bears Nos. 156-164 Delancey Street and No. 107½ Clinton Street; being at the N.W. corner of same.
