5461 Kings Highway, at the N.E. corner of Ave. D, showing the Cornelius Kouwenhoven House, occupied by Charles Kouwenhoven in 1857, by C. Kouwenhoven in 1860 and by G. K. Kouwenhoven 1873. Formerly this house stood on the east side of Kings Highway, on the line of Ave. D, until moved to its present location. March 1923. Eugene L.
