237 Year Old Land Gift of English Crown Sold to Builder The site of this row of houses was part of the extensive farm in Greenwich Village which was given to Trinity Church by the British King in 1698. Trinity sold the property recently to Vivian Green, will erect a commercial structure on the block, which is the east side of Hudson Street from West Houston to Clarkson Street. William S.
