Bronx: Meagher Avenue - Chaffee Avenue
Meagher Ave., adjoining the S.W. corner of Chaffee Ave., showing the Thomas J. Havemeyer House (Bromley's 1900 map). The 1868 map of Westchester County by Beers indicates it to have been at that time on the estate of S.W. Ladd. The house is within the grounds of the private real estate development known as Silver Beach and is at the end of a walk path called Sunset Trail. June 1926. Brown Brothers.
