Park Avenue, west side, between 92nd and 93rd Streets, showing 1160 and 1172 Park Avenue, newly built; 1160 replaces old Holland Court. The hotel down 92nd Street at the corner of Madison Avenue had only just taken the name Berkshire; in 1929, it was to change its name to Hotel Wales. Autumn 1926. John Adams Davis, Photographer.
