Manhattan: West Street - Clarkson Street

West Street, east side, from Clarkson Street, opposite Pier 40, North River, to Watts Street (Pier 31). All the old buildings from Clarkson to Charlton Streets have been cleared away long since, and construction of the new St. John's Park Freight Terminal is beginning at the Charlton Street end.
