Manhattan: Washington Street - Leroy Street

Washington Street, east side, from Leroy (right) to Morton (left) Streets, as viewed northeastward from the clearance, where the elevated roadbed of the New York Central Railroad will be erected. The York Motor Express Co. occupy a 1 story garage (No. 599-601) Washington Street) at the N.E. corner of Leroy Street. Adjoining same is the 5 story building (No. 603-7) housing the Stafford Ink Co. A similar, tho narrower structure separates this from the 9 story building (No. 611-15) at the S.E. corner of Morton Street. The U. S. Medical Supply Department of the U. S.
