Queens: 39th Avenue - 45th Street

39th Avenue, at about 49th Street. This is one of the many small homes in the Sunnyside Gardens model community built by the City Housing Corporation. The number 39-26 on the doorway indicates that this dwelling is just south of 39th Avenue on any of the streets from 40th to 50th Streets, which comprise the development. Brown Brothers. 1920's
