Manhattan: 146th Street (West) - 7th Avenue

W. 146th Street, north side, east from Seventh, to Lenox Avenues, and showing the demolition of portions of the old New York Railway Company carbarn. This structure was sold for $250,000 to the New York Central Omnibus Corp. according to the New York Times of May 24, 1938 and will be replaced with a one story garage. The apartment shown at the right is at the N.E. corner of Seventh Avenue and is not included. August 17, 1938. P.L. Sperr
